Welcome to the Lyfe RX Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing participation, compensation, and conduct within our referral and affiliate ecosystem.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Maintain an active Lyfe RX account in good standing.
Comply with all applicable laws and marketing guidelines.
Accurately represent Lyfe RX products and services.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Lyfe RX offers a two-tier commission system:
Tier 1: Earn 15% commission on all qualifying sales generated directly from your unique referral link.
Tier 2: Earn 5% commission on sales generated by affiliates you personally refer to the program.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (after discounts, refunds, or cancellations) and are paid out once transactions are verified and approved.
3. Payments
Commissions are paid monthly via Stripe or another approved method once the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met.
Payments are processed within 30 days following the end of each calendar month.
Lyfe RX reserves the right to delay or withhold payment for suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
4. Referral Tracking
Affiliate links and tracking codes are provided upon acceptance.
Tracking relies on browser cookies and/or user ID; therefore, accurate referral credit cannot be guaranteed if:
The customer uses a different device or browser, or
Clears cookies prior to purchase.
Lyfe RX is not responsible for tracking disruptions beyond its control.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates agree to:
Represent Lyfe RX truthfully and avoid false or misleading claims.
Disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Refrain from using spam, unauthorized paid search, coupon sites, or misleading discount claims.
Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Promote Lyfe RX on websites containing illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
Bid on Lyfe RX branded keywords in PPC advertising.
Create websites, domains, or social media handles that impersonate Lyfe RX or its partners.
7. Termination
Lyfe RX reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of brand assets.
Upon termination, all outstanding unpaid commissions will be voided if found to be generated from fraudulent or prohibited activity.
8. Modifications
Lyfe RX may update these terms at any time, with notice via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Disclaimer
Participation in the Lyfe RX Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
Lyfe RX reserves all rights to its trademarks, branding, and marketing materials.
