Solify Socks Friends – Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Solify Socks Friends Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have an active social media account, website, or community suitable for sharing your affiliate link or code. Solify Socks may approve, decline, or remove affiliates at any time.
2. Affiliate Commission
You earn 10% commission on the subtotal of every order placed using your unique affiliate link or 20% off discount code.
Commission is calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Commissions are not awarded for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
3. Discount Code
Each affiliate receives a unique 20% off code to share publicly.
You may not use your own discount code for personal purchases.
Solify Socks may adjust or disable codes if they are misused.
4. Cookie Window
Affiliate tracking operates on a 7-day cookie window.
If a customer clicks your link and purchases within 7 days, you receive commission even if they do not use your discount code.
If another affiliate’s link is clicked later, the most recent click wins.
5. Payouts
The minimum payout threshold is $20.
Payouts are processed through your selected method in the platform.
Payments may take 5–10 business days to be reviewed and approved.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payout information is correct.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
Use their own discount code for personal orders
Use paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) targeting “Solify” or branded keywords without approval
Post false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
Promote on coupon or discount-code scraping websites
Create fake accounts, self-refer, or artificially inflate orders
Use spam tactics or violate any platform's community guidelines
Solify Socks may withhold commissions or remove affiliates engaging in prohibited activity.
7. Brand & Content Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Solify Socks using original content that:
Accurately represents the brand
Does not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal material
Does not mislead customers about discount limitations, pricing, or results
Solify Socks may request removal of content at its discretion.
8. Termination
Solify Socks may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for:
Violating these terms
Fraud or suspicious activity
Misuse of discount codes
Inactivity
Harmful behavior toward the brand
Affiliates may leave the program at any time by emailing support.
9. Updates to Terms
Solify Socks may update these terms when necessary. Affiliates will be notified of major changes. Continued participation signifies acceptance of updated terms.
