Sloyd Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 20% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique referral link.
Commissions are based on the net revenue (after discounts, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks).
Commissions apply to all purchases made within 1 year of the user's first click, as long as the user remains attributed to the affiliate.
There is no maximum cap on total commissions earned.
2. Cookie Tracking
Cookies last for 30 days.
Sloyd is not responsible for lost tracking due to ad blockers, cookie clearing, or changes in device/browser.
3. Payouts
Payouts are made upon request once the minimum threshold of $25 has been reached.
Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date payment and tax information before any payout can be processed.
Commissions from refunded or charged-back purchases will be reversed prior to payout.
4. Affiliate Conduct and Restrictions
To maintain a fair and high-quality program, affiliates must adhere to the following rules:
No self-referrals. Using your own link to make a purchase will result in forfeited commissions and potential removal.
No pretending to be Sloyd or impersonation of official communication from the Sloyd team.
No bidding on Sloyd-branded keywords (e.g., “Sloyd,” “Sloyd 3D”) in paid ads.
No promotion via coupon or deal sites without prior written approval.
No misleading or unethical marketing tactics, including fake reviews, clickbait, or false claims.
Violations may lead to commission forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent removal from the program.
5. Program Integrity and Oversight
Sloyd reserves the right to audit affiliate traffic and investigate suspicious behavior or traffic sources.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, including fake leads or bots, will result in disqualification and loss of earnings.
We may update terms or commission rates with 15 days’ notice. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.
6. Compliance
All affiliates must comply with applicable advertising laws and guidelines, including proper disclosure (e.g., per FTC guidelines).
Affiliates outside the U.S. must ensure compliance with local laws and tax obligations.
