Terms and Conditions for SiteDu.de Affiliate Program
Effective Date: 11.05.2026
Welcome to SiteDude Earn, the Affiliate Program of SiteDu.de. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining SiteDude Earn, the affiliate program of SiteDu.de, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the program is voluntary, and by continuing to use your affiliate account, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines described here. If you do not agree with these terms, you may choose not to participate or to end your participation at any time.
2. Eligibility & Affiliate Relationship
Every application is reviewed individually. While we welcome a wide range of creators, partners, and businesses, SiteDu.de reserves the right to approve or decline participation at its discretion if an application does not meet our program requirements or raises compliance concerns.
2.1 Participation Requirements
To participate in SiteDude Earn, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information for your account and payouts. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to online promotion, including fair advertising practices, disclosure requirements, and anti‑spam rules.
2.2 No Partnership or Agency
Participation in the SiteDu.de Affiliate Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the affiliate and SiteDu.de. Affiliates act as independent promoters and have no authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of SiteDu.de.
3. Commission Structure
The SiteDude Earn program is designed to reward affiliates fairly and transparently for the customers they bring to SiteDu.de. All commissions are calculated based on qualifying purchases made through your personal referral link or your assigned promotion code. Below you will find a clear overview of how commissions, bonuses, and special rules work within the program.
3.1 Commission for Website Subscriptions (20%)
For all Website Plan products (including SiteDude Booking & SiteDude AI) affiliates earn a 20% commission on every qualifying purchase. This rate applies to all affiliates, regardless of their tier, and always overrides other commission types. Since subscriptions are the heart of our platform, this is the most important and most frequently applied commission in the program.
3.2 Default Commission for Other Products (5%)
For all other eligible products outside the website plans, affiliates earn a default commission of 5%. This rate applies automatically unless a higher tier or bonus applies.
3.3 Dynamic Commission for Other Products (10%)
Once you have referred 21 paying customers in total, your default commission for non‑subscription products increases to 10% for all future sales. This tier is permanent and rewards long‑term affiliate growth.
3.4 One‑Time Bonuses (Goals)
In addition to percentage‑based commissions, SiteDude Earn includes milestone bonuses that reward long‑term growth. These bonuses are paid once when you reach the following lifetime customer counts:
1 referred customer → 10 €
5 referred customers → 25 €
20 referred customers → 100 €
100 referred customers → 250 €
500 referred customers → 1.000 €
Each milestone bonus is paid only once and is added to your available balance after the standard verification period.
3.5 Multi‑Level Commission
SiteDude Earn also allows you to invite other creators or partners to join the program. If someone signs up through your personal affiliate‑invite link and becomes an active affiliate, you may receive a one‑time reward of 25 € for this referral. This payment is only made once per invited affiliate and does not create any ongoing or multi‑tier commission structure. All details about your invited affiliates and potential rewards are shown transparently in your affiliate dashboard.
3.6 Exclusions
Certain transactions do not qualify for commissions. These include orders that are refunded or charged back, self‑referrals, fraudulent or suspicious purchases, and any orders placed using leaked or unauthorized promotion codes. Commissions also cannot be earned on purchases made before you joined the program.
3.7 Commission Duration, Calculation and Claim Rules
To ensure transparent and consistent payouts, the following rules apply to all commissions earned through the SiteDude Earn program:
3.7.1 Commission Duration
Affiliates can earn commissions on a customer’s payments for a period of up to 12 months starting from the customer’s first valid purchase or subscription. Any payments made after this 12‑month period do not generate additional commissions, regardless of the subscription type or renewal cycle.
3.7.2 Commission Review Period
Before commissions become available for withdrawal, they undergo a standard review period of 14 days. During this time, transactions may be checked for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. Commissions only become eligible after this review period is completed.
3.7.3 Commission Claim Period
Once a commission becomes eligible for withdrawal, it must be claimed within 90 days. After this period, unclaimed commissions may expire and be removed from the affiliate balance.
3.7.4 Commission Calculation and Rounding
All commissions are calculated in Euro and rounded to two decimal places. This ensures consistent and fair payouts across all transactions.
3.8
Earnings in the affiliate program depend solely on the affiliate’s performance. SiteDu.de does not guarantee any specific income, conversion rate, or number of referrals.
4. Promotion Codes
Affiliates may receive personal promotion codes that they can share with their audience. These codes are linked to your affiliate account and are intended to be used exactly as provided. To keep the program fair for everyone, promotion codes may not be altered, misused, or shared in ways that could mislead customers.
Promotion codes must not be posted on coupon or discount websites, and they may not be used for your own purchases. If a code is used in a way that violates these guidelines or appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, SiteDu.de may deactivate the code or revoke access to it. We also reserve the right to disable any promotion code at any time if necessary to protect the integrity of the program.
5. Payouts
Payouts are designed to be simple, transparent, and compliant with international regulations. The following rules apply to all affiliate withdrawals.
5.1 Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliates can request a payout once their available balance reaches a minimum of 50 €. Balances below this threshold remain in the account until the minimum amount is reached.
5.2 Payout Requests and Methods
Payouts are processed on request and can be sent via PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the payout details provided in your profile. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payout information is accurate and up to date.
5.3 Commission Review Period
All commissions are subject to a 14‑day review period before they become eligible for withdrawal. This period allows time to verify transactions and account for potential refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
5.4 Tax Information and Responsibilities
To comply with international tax regulations, SiteDu.de may require affiliates to submit the appropriate tax form before a payout can be processed. Affiliates can upload their W‑9 (US persons), W‑8BEN (non‑US individuals), or W‑8BEN‑E (non‑US entities) directly through their profile page.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their tax information is accurate and for meeting any tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.
5.5 Automatic Invoice Generation
For each approved payout, SiteDu.de automatically generates an invoice on behalf of the affiliate. These invoices are created based on the payout amount, the affiliate’s account information, and the tax details provided in the profile. Affiliates do not need to submit their own invoices unless required by local regulations. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that all account, address, and tax information is accurate so that invoices can be generated correctly.

To keep the SiteDude Earn program fair, transparent, and compliant with advertising standards, affiliates must follow the guidelines below when promoting SiteDu.de.

7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination—whether initiated by SiteDu.de or the affiliate—access to the affiliate dashboard, promotion codes, and tracking links will be disabled. Any ongoing promotional activity must stop immediately.

SiteDu.de is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals resulting from cookie restrictions, user settings, or third‑party technologies.
9. Modifications
SiteDu.de may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the program, legal requirements, or business operations.
