Setlwork Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Setlwork Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates promote Setlwork using a unique referral link. Commission is earned only on eligible, paying users referred through that link.
2. Commission Eligibility
Affiliates earn 20% commission per paying user.
Commission applies only to users subscribed to the £9.99 monthly plan.
Free users, trial users, and users on the £0.99 daily plan do not qualify for commission.
Commission is earned only while the referred user remains an active, paying subscriber.
If a referred user cancels, unsubscribes, or fails a payment, commission for that user stops immediately.
Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals are excluded.
3. Payments
Affiliate payouts are made monthly.
There is no minimum payment threshold.
Payments reflect the number of active £9.99 monthly subscribers at the time of payout.
Setlwork may delay or withhold payouts for fraud checks, chargebacks, or verification where necessary.
4. Taxes
Affiliates are fully responsible for their own taxes.
Setlwork does not deduct, withhold, or pay taxes on behalf of affiliates.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable tax laws.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Promote Setlwork honestly and accurately
Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or guaranteed claims (including visa guarantees)
Disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
6. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals must be tracked via the affiliate’s unique referral link.
Setlwork’s tracking system is the sole source of truth for referral attribution.
7. Changes & Termination
Setlwork may update these terms or the commission structure with reasonable notice.
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Unpaid commissions are payable only for valid, eligible referrals.
8. Limitation of Liability
Setlwork is not responsible for:
visa outcomes or job offers
employer hiring decisions
user subscription changes or cancellations
loss of expected earnings
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
