Playerence Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Playerence Affiliate Programme, operated by Gamification Nation Europe AB, trading as Playerence. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
To join the Playerence Affiliate Programme, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Operate a valid website, social media presence, or email list with an audience relevant to our services
Not engage in spam, illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
We reserve the right to reject or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion.
2. How It Works
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link.
You can promote Playerence via your link using our approved materials.
When a user signs up for a paid Playerence subscription via your referral link, you earn commission.
3. Commission Structure
Tier 1: 10% recurring commission for referrals 1–10
Tier 2: 20% recurring commission for referrals 11–20 in a calendar year
Tier 3: 30% recurring commission from referral 21+ in a calendar year

4. Cookie Duration
Our affiliate system uses cookies to track referrals. A user who clicks your link will be tracked for 90 days. If they subscribe within this period, you’ll be credited.
5. Payout Terms
Payouts are made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer] 60 days after a successful payment, to allow for any cancellations or refunds.
You must earn a minimum of €50 to receive a payout.
Payouts are processed monthly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
Misrepresent Playerence or make false claims
Use misleading, clickbait, or offensive content
Bid on Playerence brand terms for paid ads without express permission
Pretend to be part of the Playerence team
Share referral links in coupon or deal sites without prior approval
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account if:
You breach these terms
Your behaviour harms our brand or reputation
You act fraudulently or unethically
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
8. GDPR & Data Protection
As a European company, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You agree to:
Use affiliate data responsibly
Not collect any personal data from referred users without consent
Playerence will handle all user data in compliance with GDPR and relevant EU laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You’ll be notified via email. Continued participation in the programme constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
