1) Who we are & what you’re promoting
PageSpeedPlus is a website performance monitoring tool that tracks Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores, runs scheduled checks, and alerts users when pages slow down.

2) Joining the program
• Eligibility: Open to publishers, creators, agencies, and businesses that create legal, brand-safe content. We may decline or remove any application at our discretion.
• Account: You must provide accurate contact and payout details and keep them current.
• Acceptance: Participation starts after we approve your application and you receive your unique affiliate link.
3) Commissions & attribution
• Rate: 50% lifetime recurring commission on all paid subscriptions from your referrals—no caps.
• Cookie window: 365 days. If a tracked visitor subscribes within 365 days of the first click, the sale is credited to you (subject to standard attribution rules of the tracking platform).
• Refunds/chargebacks: If a payment is refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or reversed, related commissions are voided or clawed back.
• Self-referrals: Not allowed (you can’t earn commission on your own purchases or on purchases by your company’s billing account).
4) Payments
• Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid the following month once the tracking platform marks them as approved/cleared.

5) Promotion rules (read this part carefully)
• Brand integrity: No misleading claims about PageSpeedPlus features, pricing, or results. Use our approved brand assets; don’t alter logos or imply endorsement.
• Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, including advertising disclosures (e.g., FTC/ASA). Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in your content.
• Traffic quality:
o No spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or hidden iframes.
o No incentivized or fake traffic, bots, or fraudulent leads.
o No adult, hate, malware, or illegal content.
• Ads & bidding: Do not bid on our brand name, misspellings, or domain (e.g., “PageSpeedPlus,” “pagespeedplus.com”) in search ads. No impersonation (“official site,” “customer support,” etc.).
• Coupons & deals: Only use codes we provide. Posting unauthorized “guessed” or expired codes may result in reversal and removal.
6) Data, privacy & cookies
• Tracking: Our program uses cookies and standard affiliate tracking. You must comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/ePrivacy). In many regions, affiliate cookies require user consent unless strictly necessary (e.g., certain cashback/loyalty flows). Implement consent banners accordingly.
• Security: Don’t share your affiliate logins or confidential dashboard data.
7) Content & brand usage
• You may create tutorials, comparisons, and honest reviews. Don’t copy our site content verbatim or use trademarked assets outside our brand guidelines. Link to the official product pages for accuracy.
8) Term, suspension, and termination
• We may suspend or terminate your account (and withhold/reverse unpaid commissions) for violations, fraud, or activities that put our brand or users at risk.
• You may leave the program at any time; unpaid, cleared commissions will be paid on the next cycle.
9) Changes to the program
• We may update rates, rules, payout methods, or these terms at any time. We’ll post updates on the affiliate page or notify you via the platform. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
