1. Introduction & Agreement Welcome to the OVU.com Affiliate Program (the "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By applying and being accepted into the Program, you ("Affiliate," "You") agree to abide by these Terms. OVU.com ("We," "Us," "Our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with notice.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
To participate, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate platform (Partnero.com).
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Rejected applicants may not reapply.
Eligible affiliates typically include industry bloggers, consultants, relevant B2B service providers, and marketing agencies with audiences relevant to fertility clinics, surrogacy agencies, or related B2B SaaS markets.
You must maintain an active, professional website or platform.
3. Referral Tracking & Links
Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique referral link (e.g., https://ovu.com/in/yourtoken). You must use this link for referrals to be tracked.
Referrals are tracked using cookies with a duration of 60 days.
The Program uses last-click attribution. The last affiliate link clicked by the customer before signing up and making a purchase will receive credit for the sale.
We are not responsible for commissions missed due to incorrect link usage, cookie deletion, or tracking failures beyond our control.
4. Commissions & Payouts
Affiliates earn a commission of 25% on each qualifying subscription payment made by a new, referred customer during the first 12 months following their initial purchase of an eligible OVU.com paid provider plan (Premium Connect, Premium Agency, Market Leader - Clinic, Market Leader - Agency).
Example: If a referred customer chooses a monthly plan, you will receive 25% of each monthly payment they make for the first 12 months. If they choose an annual plan, you will receive 25% of that single annual payment.
Commissions are calculated on the net subscription revenue received by OVU.com after any discounts but before taxes or fees. Commissions are not paid on lead purchases or other services.
Commissions are subject to a 30-day review period following each qualifying payment to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. Approved commissions will become payable.
Payouts are processed approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was approved (Net-30).
A minimum payout threshold of $100 USD is required before a payout can be requested. Balances below this amount will carry over.
Payouts will be made via the methods selected in your affiliate dashboard (e.g., PayPal). You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with your chosen payout method.
You are responsible for all taxes associated with the commissions earned.
5. Acceptable Promotional Methods
You may promote OVU.com on your website, blog, social media channels (professionally), and email newsletters to your owned audience.
All promotional materials must be truthful, professional, and accurately represent OVU.com's services.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and disclosures (clearly stating you may earn a commission).
6. Prohibited Activities Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of commissions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Paid Advertising: Using paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) targeting OVU.com brand keywords, including variations and misspellings, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by OVU.com. Using paid ads for generic industry terms that direct traffic to your own content which then links to OVU.com may be permissible upon review.
Self-Referrals: Signing up for OVU.com services through your own affiliate link is prohibited.
Coupon/Discount Sites: Submitting your link to coupon aggregation websites is prohibited unless explicitly approved.
Spam: Unsolicited commercial email or other forms of spam are strictly forbidden.
Misleading Claims: Making false or misleading statements about OVU.com services, pricing, or results is prohibited.
Illegal or Offensive Content: Promoting OVU.com on websites containing illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content is prohibited.
Cookie Stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods.
7. Relationship of Parties You are participating as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and OVU.com.
8. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the schedule, provided they were earned in compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure the correctness of commissions.
9. Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the affiliate platform. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation. Your continued participation following the posting of a change notice or new agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
