The platform emphasizes emotionally intelligent, human-like dialogue informed by behavioral science, pre-built sales frameworks (such as its HAPPA methodology), and integrations with tools like CRMs, Calendly, and Zapier. Backed and partially owned by digital mortgage lender Beeline, MagicBlocks is scaling from its origins in mortgage into broader verticals and geographies, riding trends in conversational AI, automation of frontline sales, and demand for always-on digital customer engagement. New opportunities include deeper vertical specialization, richer analytics and lead routing, and expansion into additional industries that rely on consultative sales and high-intent website traffic.

1. Eligibility
Participation in the MagicBlocks Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who can legally enter into binding agreements. Affiliates must have an audience or distribution channel relevant to SaaS, AI tools, sales automation, marketing, or related industries.
MagicBlocks reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Enrollment & Account Responsibility
Affiliates must complete the official signup process and use only the unique referral links provided by MagicBlocks. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information.
3. Referral Tracking
Referrals are tracked using cookies and unique referral links.
Cookie duration typically ranges from 60 to 90 days
Commissions are attributed only when a user signs up through a valid affiliate link and completes a paid subscription
MagicBlocks is not responsible for lost tracking due to browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues outside its control

4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn recurring commissions based on the number of active referred customers.
- 20% recurring commission for 0–10 active customers
- 22% recurring commission for 11–20 active customers
- 25% recurring commission for 20+ active customers

Commissions are paid for up to 12 months per referred customer, as long as the customer remains active and in good standing.
5. Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered valid when:
- The customer is new to MagicBlocks
- The customer signs up through the affiliate’s referral link
- The customer completes payment for a subscription plan
- The payment is not refunded, disputed, or reversed
- Self-referrals are not permitted unless explicitly approved by MagicBlocks.

6. Payment Terms
- Commissions are calculated monthly
- Payments are issued on a monthly basis, typically in the following month
- A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g. $50)
- Payments are made via approved payout methods such as Wise
- MagicBlocks reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent, invalid, or disputed referrals.

7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote MagicBlocks through approved channels such as:
Blogs and SEO content
Social media
Email newsletters
Video platforms
Online communities
Affiliates must not:
- Use spam, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices
- Misrepresent MagicBlocks’ features, pricing, or guarantees
- Impersonate MagicBlocks or present themselves as employees
- Engage in unauthorized trademark bidding or brand misuse

8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved MagicBlocks branding assets solely for promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights remain the property of MagicBlocks.
Unauthorized modification or misuse of branding materials is prohibited.
9. Termination
MagicBlocks may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or unethical behavior
- Abuse of the referral system
- Harmful or misleading promotion
- Upon termination, unpaid commissions for invalid referrals will be forfeited.
10. Program Changes
MagicBlocks reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or program rules at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
MagicBlocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of revenue or tracking issues.

12. Governing Terms
Participation in the Affiliate Program is also subject to MagicBlocks’ general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, MagicBlocks reserves the right to interpret and enforce the applicable terms.
