# Partnero Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
By participating in the FlowMail Studio Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. This program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to FlowMail Studio (https://flowmail.studio). The affiliate program portal is available at https://flowstudio.partneroapp.com.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or a corporate
- You must have a valid Partnero account
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 15% of each successful subscription (paid after the free trial period)
- Commission Currency: EUR (Euro)
- Commission Lifecycle: Commissions are earned on the first payment only, after the free trial period ends and the subscription is fully paid
- Commission Review Period: Commissions are reviewed for 1 month before being finalized
- Commission Claim Period: Unpaid commissions may be forfeited after 3 months
- Commissions are only paid on completed, paid subscriptions (after free trial)
- Refunded subscriptions will result in commission reversal
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- You may only use approved marketing materials and links
- You must not make false or misleading claims about FlowMail Studio
- You must not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or other prohibited marketing practices
- You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- You must not bid on FlowMail Studio brand keywords in paid search without written permission
5. Attribution Window and Tracking
- Affiliate tracking cookies persist for 30 days from the initial referral click
- Only the first valid referral within the attribution window will be credited
- Referrals must result in a completed subscription within the 30-day window
- Referral Churn Threshold: Referrals remain active for commission purposes for 1 year
- Self-referrals or fraudulent conversions will not be paid
6. Payment Terms
- Minimum Payout Threshold: 100 EUR
- Commissions must reach the minimum threshold before payout is processed
- Payout approval is not automatic; requests must be reviewed and approved
- Payment methods available: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Bank Accounts
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
- Taxes on commissions are your responsibility
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate participation at any time
- FlowMail Studio reserves the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, pending commissions that have not reached the review period may be forfeited
- Commissions that have passed the 1-month review period and are within the 3-month claim period will be honored if terms were not violated
8. Intellectual Property
- You may use FlowMail Studio trademarks only as approved in marketing materials
- All FlowMail Studio content remains the property of FlowMail Studio
- You may not modify or create derivative works without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
- FlowMail Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
10. Changes to Terms
- FlowMail Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
- Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be communicated through Partnero dashboard
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
