Commission Structure:

• Year 2: 30% of MRR

• Year 3+: 10% of MRR (lifetime)

Requirements:

• No paid ads on "FlipMantis" branded terms

• FTC disclosure required on all promotions

• No spam or misleading claims

Tracking:

• 90-day cookie duration

• First-touch attribution

• Upgrades earn at current tier rate

Payouts:

• Monthly, Net-15

• $50 minimum
