By joining the Facilify AffPro program, you agree to the following terms. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and operate in a professional and ethical manner when promoting our digital products, including Notion templates, AI prompts, and other resources.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all promotions are truthful, comply with applicable advertising laws and FTC disclosure guidelines, and avoid spam, misleading claims, or inappropriate content. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link and will be paid out via Bank Transfer & PayPal once a minimum balance of $100 USD has been reached. Commission rates are set by Facilify and may be updated with notice.
Any refunds or chargebacks will result in a reversal of associated commissions. Affiliates may not use their own links to purchase products, bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising, or present themselves as employees or official representatives of Facilify.
We grant affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use our promotional materials solely for program participation. Facilify reserves the right to withhold commissions, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity, policy violations, or actions harmful to our reputation are detected.
While we strive to maintain accurate tracking and payments, we are not liable for technical interruptions, indirect losses, or damages related to participation in the program.
Facilify AffPro may update these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada/Ontario.
