ElevateForward Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The ElevateForward Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to ElevateForward.ai (“Company”).
By participating, Affiliate agrees to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Approval
Affiliates must apply and be approved by the Company.
Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates must operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Qualified Referrals
A “Qualified Referral” is defined as:
A new customer who has not previously engaged with ElevateForward
Who signs up using the Affiliate’s unique referral link
And completes a paid subscription or purchase
The Company reserves the right to determine referral validity.
4. Attribution & Ownership
Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links.
Attribution is based on first-click within a 30-day cookie window.
If a referral is already in the Company’s CRM or active sales pipeline, the Company may override affiliate attribution.
The Company reserves the right to assign final credit for any referral.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive [INSERT % — e.g., 40%–50%] of the first successful payment made by a Qualified Referral.
Commissions are one-time payments unless otherwise specified in writing.
Commissions are only earned on actual payments received by the Company.
6. Payment Terms
Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the customer’s initial payment.
This allows for cancellations, refunds, or fraud review.
Payments will be made monthly via [Stripe / PayPal / etc.].
7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Clawbacks
No commission will be paid on refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.
If a commission has already been paid on a refunded transaction, the Company reserves the right to:
Deduct it from future payouts, or
Require repayment
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
Misrepresent ElevateForward products or services
Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive marketing
Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “ElevateForward”) in paid ads without written permission
Use fake accounts, self-referrals, or incentivized signups
Impersonate the Company or act as an employee/agent
Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Marketing & Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by the Company.
Any custom content must be accurate and not misleading.
The Company may request removal or modification of content at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All ElevateForward branding, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved materials solely for promotion.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
The Company may terminate immediately for:
Violation of terms
Fraudulent or unethical behavior
Upon termination:
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terms were violated
Valid earned commissions (if compliant) may still be paid
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or opportunity
Technical tracking issues outside reasonable control
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in this agreement creates employment, partnership, or agency.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Texas, USA].
