Desi Raga Creator Partner Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Desi Raga Creator Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
Participants must have active online presence (social media, website, or community).
Applications are subject to approval by Desi Raga.
2. Commissions & Payments
Creators earn 12% lifelong commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link/code.
Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, discounts, returns, or cancellations).
Payments will be made monthly once the minimum payout threshold of ₹500 / $10 is reached.
Payments will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal (for international partners).
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or gateway charges incurred during payout will be borne by the affiliate.
3. Use of Brand Assets
Creators may use Desi Raga’s official logos, product images, and approved marketing materials only as provided.
Any edits or misuse of Desi Raga branding without approval is prohibited.
Creators must represent Desi Raga products truthfully — no false claims or misleading promotions.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Creators can promote via websites, blogs, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, newsletters, and other approved channels.
Paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) using the Desi Raga brand name require prior written approval.
Promotion on adult, gambling, online betting apps, or unethical platforms is strictly prohibited.
5. Content Ownership
Any content created by the Creator (videos, posts, blogs) remains their property.
However, by participating, Creators grant Desi Raga the right to share, repost, and repurpose such content for marketing purposes (with credit where applicable).
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
Desi Raga reserves the right to terminate participation immediately for:
Violation of brand guidelines
Fraudulent activity
Misrepresentation or misuse of affiliate links
7. Limitation of Liability
Desi Raga will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Commissions are only valid for sales tracked through the official Partnero platform.
8. Modifications
Desi Raga reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
