A Faith-based Business & Leadership Network for Growth-Minded Professionals
Terms of Service for Connex Us Business Networking (CNG)
Connex Us Business Networking, also known as CNG, operates as a faith-based business networking ministry designed to foster connections among Christian professionals and support local churches. By joining CNG, members agree to these Terms of Service, which govern membership, participation, and related activities. Membership requires payment of dues, a portion of which CNG donates to the local church promoting the ministry on a discretionary basis. These donations are not guaranteed in amount, frequency, or continuation, and depend on membership revenue and CNG's operational decisions.
CNG provides a platform for networking, relationship-building, and voluntary referrals among members, but makes no representations or warranties regarding business outcomes. There are no guarantees of sales, referrals, leads, or any financial benefits from participation. Members acknowledge that success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and divine providence, and CNG disclaims liability for any lost opportunities, profits, or results. Participation is at members' own risk, and members agree to conduct business ethically in alignment with biblical principles.
CNG reserves the right to modify these terms, dues structure, donation practices, or membership criteria at any time, with notice provided to members. Churches promoting CNG do so voluntarily and receive no guaranteed compensation. As a ministry, any disputes arising from membership or participation will be handled internally by CNG and the promoting local church through prayerful mediation and good-faith resolution, in lieu of formal legal proceedings; such mediation must commence within 90 days from the first date of written notice of the dispute, after which the matter will be considered fully resolved. Members must comply with all applicable laws and CNG's code of conduct; violations may result in termination without refund. By enrolling, members confirm they have read, understood, and accept these terms in full.
