About this program
SmoothStay is a digital guidebook and AI Concierge for short-term rental hosts, built by two Airbnb Superhosts. Hosts connect Airbnb, Hospitable or OwnerRez, or paste a listing link, and get a guidebook for every property that answers guests 24/7. Affiliates earn 20% of every payment for each customer’s first 24 months, paid monthly by PayPal or bank transfer.

Terms & conditions
SmoothStay Affiliate Program: key terms
The full, binding terms are in Section 14 of our Terms and Conditions: https://www.smoothstay.io/terms. If this summary differs from them, the Terms apply.
Commission: 20% of every payment a referred customer makes (excluding tax) for their first 24 months, on monthly or annual plans.
Who counts: a new customer who signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. If they click another affiliate’s link later, the latest click counts.
Hold: each commission waits 60 days after the customer’s payment. Refunds, including our 60-day Smooth Start Guarantee, earn no commission. Chargebacks after a payout come off your next one.
Payouts: on the 15th of each month, by PayPal or bank transfer, once your balance reaches $25. We pay the payout platform’s fee.
Taxes: submit a W-9 or W-8BEN in your dashboard before your first payout. You handle your own taxes.
Rules:
Disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link.
Mention only features that are live on smoothstay.io.
Never suggest moving Airbnb or other OTA guests off the platform.
No paid search ads on “SmoothStay”, no coupon or deal sites, no spam, and no self-referrals.
Ending: you can leave at any time. We may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice, or remove you immediately for breaking the rules.
