Olhary Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions 1. Participation The Olhary Affiliate Program is open to creators, consultants, agencies, professionals, and businesses whose audience or clients may benefit from selling to the Brazilian public sector. Olhary may approve or decline applications at its discretion. 2. Commission Affiliates earn a one-time commission of 15% when a referred customer completes a paid Olhary subscription. The commission is calculated on the subscription amount paid at conversion: - For a monthly plan, 15% of the first monthly payment. - For an annual plan, 15% of the annual payment. Commissions are not recurring on subsequent subscription payments. A commission becomes eligible after the customer’s payment is confirmed. 3. Ineligible conversions Free trials, unpaid accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, and payments that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back are not eligible for commission. Olhary may withhold or reverse commissions associated with these transactions. 4. Referral tracking Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. Referrals are attributed according to the tracking window and attribution settings displayed in Partnero. Affiliates are responsible for using their assigned link when promoting Olhary. 5. Payouts Approved commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month. There is no minimum payout amount. Payments are sent using the payout details provided by the affiliate in Partnero. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment information accurate and up to date. 6. Promotion requirements Affiliates must describe Olhary and its features accurately and disclose their affiliate relationship where required by applicable rules. Affiliates must not make misleading claims, guarantee business or procurement outcomes, imply government endorsement, or use spam or deceptive promotional methods. Paid search advertising using Olhary’s brand name requires prior written approval. 7. Use of Olhary materials Olhary’s name, logos, and promotional materials may be used only to promote Olhary. Affiliates must not alter them in a way that misrepresents the company or its services. 8. Changes and termination Olhary may update these terms or suspend or end an affiliate’s participation if the affiliate violates them. Eligible commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the payout terms above, subject to review for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or other violations.
