**Marketing Guppy Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions** 1. **Commission:** Approved affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue generated by customers they refer to Marketing Guppy. 2. **Lifetime earnings:** Commissions continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an eligible paid subscription, subject to these programme terms. 3. **Free trials:** No commission is earned on free trial registrations. Commissions become eligible when a referred customer makes a qualifying payment. 4. **Referral tracking:** Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links, with a 30-day attribution window, subject to applicable cookie consent requirements. 5. **Payments:** Commissions are subject to payment verification and review. Refunds, chargebacks and cancelled or reversed payments do not qualify for commission. Payout arrangements are governed by the programme's published payment terms. 6. **Affiliate approval:** All applications are subject to approval by Marketing Guppy. We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates who do not meet our programme standards. 7. **Promotion:** Affiliates must promote Marketing Guppy accurately and responsibly. Spam, misleading claims, fraudulent referrals, unauthorised use of our brand and deceptive advertising practices are prohibited. 8. **Self-referrals:** Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own purchases or fraudulent transactions. 9. **Compliance:** Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, privacy and data protection laws, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required. 10. **Programme changes:** Marketing Guppy reserves the right to amend programme terms or terminate participation, with notice where appropriate.
