Terms & conditions
Nilo Affiliate Program Terms (summary) 1. Eligibility. Open to creators, publishers, and community leaders 18+. Nilo may approve or reject applications at its discretion. 2. Commission. Affiliates earn 25% of qualifying paid subscription / purchase revenue attributed to their Partnero link for 12 months from each referred customer’s first paid conversion (as configured in Partnero). Cookie window: 14 days. 3. Tracking. Use only your official Partnero link (https://nilo.io/?aff=YOURCODE). Nilo is not responsible for lost attribution from missing links, blocked cookies, ad blockers, or self-referrals. 4. Self-referral. You may not earn commission on your own account, accounts you control, or purchases made to farm commissions. 5. Promotion rules. No paid search bidding on “Nilo” or confusing brand terms without written approval. No spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, or impersonating Nilo staff. Claims about the product should match help.nilo.io (browser AI 3D / Roblox-ready export — Nilo is not a Roblox plugin). 6. Creative. You may use provided assets and your own demos. Do not alter the Nilo logo in ways that misrepresent the brand. 7. Payouts. Paid via Partnero per program payout settings once the threshold is met. Fraudulent, refunded, chargebacked, or cancelled orders may be reversed. 8. Termination. Either party may end participation at any time. Nilo may withhold or claw back commissions tied to policy violations. 9. Relationship. Affiliates are independent contractors. No exclusivity unless agreed in writing. 10. Changes. Nilo may update these terms; continued participation after notice means acceptance. Governing law: Delaware, USA.
