AGREEMENT OVERVIEW By joining the Ardizi Partner Program, you agree to the Terms & Conditions regarding commission structures and payouts. 1. COMMISSION STRUCTURE We offer a dynamic commission model based on the product/service sold: - High-Ticket Services (Ardizi Design): 20% commission on one-time projects (e.g., Web Design, Branding). - Recurring Services: 10% monthly recurring commission on active subscriptions (e.g., Maintenance Plans). - Merch & Accessories (Ardizi Shop): 5% commission on physical products. *Note: External tools, software, or third-party affiliate products recommended on our site are excluded from this program. 2. PAYOUT SCHEDULE & THRESHOLD - Commissions are approved 60 days after the purchase to account for refund periods and customer satisfaction guarantees. - Payments are processed monthly for partners who have reached the minimum payout threshold of $100 USD. - Payments are made via PayPal or Wire Transfer. Invoice generation is automated. 3. RESTRICTIONS - Self-referrals (buying for yourself using your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. - Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., "Ardizi Design coupon") in paid advertising (Google Ads/PPC) is not allowed. Ardizi Design LLC reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate partners who violate these policies.
