Eligibility & Enrollment Must be 18+ and operate a legitimate website, social profile, or audience. No adult, hate, illegal, or deceptive content. Reviewhelden reserves the right to approve/deny for any reason. Account & Approval One account per legal entity/person. You must provide accurate contact, tax, and payout details and keep them updated. Commission Structure Standard: 40% lifetime commission on net subscription revenue from referred customers. Applies for the life of the customer’s active, paying subscription. Exclusions: taxes, chargebacks, refunds, discounts, credits, and non-recurring fees (unless specified). Attribution & Cookie Window Default attribution: last-click via unique referral link. Cookie duration: 90 days (renewed on subsequent qualifying clicks). Self-referrals are prohibited and void commissions. Payouts Frequency: monthly, paid 30 days after month-end (to account for refunds/chargebacks). Minimum payout threshold: €50 (unpaid balances roll over). Methods: PayPal or bank transfer (provide accurate details; fees may apply). You are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction. Refunds, Chargebacks & Free Trials Commissions are reversed on refunded or charged-back transactions. Trials convert to paid before commissions are earned. Downgrades adjust commission accordingly from the next billing cycle. Promotions & Compliance You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., FTC/ASA guidelines). Comply with all applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA for data, CAN-SPAM/PECR for email, platform policies). No misleading claims about Reviewhelden (features, pricing, results). Restricted Activities No spam (email, messaging, comments), cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, or toolbars. No PPC bidding on brand terms or misspellings: “Reviewhelden”, “Review Helden”, “reviewhelden.com”, etc. No direct-linking PPC to Reviewhelden’s domains/landing pages. No misrepresenting as Reviewhelden (spoofed domains, logos without permission). No coupons not publicly provided by Reviewhelden; no fake/expired coupon pages. No incentive traffic that pays users to sign up (cashback, rebates) unless approved in writing. Creative Assets & Brand Use Use only approved logos, banners, and messaging from the affiliate portal. Do not alter trademarks or imply partnership/endorsement beyond the program. Upon request, remove any non-compliant materials within 48 hours. Sub-Affiliates / Teams Sub-affiliate networks require prior written approval. You are responsible for your sub-affiliates’ compliance. Data & Reporting Dashboard stats are for your internal use; sharing or scraping is prohibited. We may adjust stats for fraud, duplicate accounts, or billing corrections. Fraud Review We may withhold or reverse commissions suspected of fraud, policy violations, or abnormal conversion patterns. Accounts engaged in fraud may be terminated immediately. Term, Modification & Termination Program runs until terminated by either party. We may modify terms, commission rates, or assets with notice (posting in portal or email). Either party may terminate at any time; unpaid valid commissions will be paid on the next cycle subject to these terms. Confidentiality Non-public information (rates, roadmaps, unreleased features) is confidential. Limitation of Liability No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed commissions paid to you in the last 12 months. Governing Law & Disputes Governing law: Germany (or specify another).
