Terms & conditions
By joining the Yard Patriots Affiliate Program, you agree to the following: 1. Eligibility: Open to individuals and businesses who align with Yard Patriots’ mission of equipping hard-working Americans. Self-referrals, employee purchases, and wholesale orders are not eligible for commissions. 2. Commissions: Affiliates earn 5% on qualifying new-customer sales. Partners who generate $10,000+ in verified monthly sales automatically receive a 2.5% bonus (7.5% total). 3. Attribution: 30-day cookie window; last-click attribution applies. Orders must be completed within the cookie period to qualify. 4. Exclusions: Commissions are calculated on product subtotal only (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns). 5. Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after the order is delivered and past the return/refund window. Minimum payout threshold is $100. 6. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates must represent Yard Patriots honestly and avoid false, misleading, or spam-like promotions. Paid ads on branded search terms (“Yard Patriots”) are not permitted without prior approval. 7. Termination: Yard Patriots reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions for fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or violation of these terms.
