BrandDad Directory Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: April 26, 2026 Promote business listings. Earn monthly commissions. By joining the BrandDad Directory Affiliate Program, you agree to promote the BrandDad Directory in exchange for commissions on qualifying referrals. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms. 1. Commission Structure Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on qualifying referrals to the BrandDad Directory. This includes directory listing subscriptions and featured listing placements only. Affiliates do NOT earn commissions on BrandDad Social services or any other services sold outside of the directory. 2. Recurring Commissions Recurring commissions are paid as long as the referred customer remains active and continues their directory subscription. If a customer cancels, requests a refund, or disputes a payment, commissions for that billing cycle will not be paid. 3. Payment Terms Commissions are paid monthly. A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached before withdrawal. Payments are made via PayPal or an approved payment method. BrandDad reserves the right to hold payments for fraud review if necessary. 4. Referral Tracking Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links. Attribution is based on a last-click model. BrandDad is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to technical issues or incorrect link usage. 5. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading promotions, false claims, impersonation of BrandDad, or unauthorized paid ads using BrandDad brand terms. Any unethical or illegal promotion methods are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions. 6. Marketing Guidelines Affiliates must promote the directory honestly and accurately. Any claims about results or income must be realistic and not misleading. Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing content and methods. 7. Refunds and Chargebacks Commissions are not paid on refunded or disputed transactions. If a commission has already been paid on a refunded sale, it may be deducted from future payouts. 8. Account Termination BrandDad reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application and may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms. Affiliates may also leave the program at any time. 9. Modifications BrandDad may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. 10. Relationship Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of BrandDad. 11. Limitation of Liability BrandDad is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of income, or technical issues affecting tracking or payments. 12.
